The brief

The Oberoi Group wanted to create a number of exciting new upmarket restaurants in their key hotels in India: Three Sixty and Travertino in Delhi and Vetro in Mumbai. The new design-led strategy aimed to create inviting spaces for both their international guests as well as for the local market.

Three-Sixty in Delhi also presented a common challenge that many hotels face wherein an outlet has to work as an All Day Dining venue and be able to transform itself in ambience and atmosphere for the evening dinner service.

Our approach

Named after the panoramic 360-degree views the Three Sixty restaurant offers guests a choice of different world cuisines under one roof. The restaurant has featured in design magazines such as Architectural Digest, Blueprint and Wallpaper and has been awarded the ‘ Best Restaurant’ for five consecutive years by the ‘Times Good Food Guide’.

Connected through an open Enoteca, Travertino complements the offer as a wholly different dining experience – a taste of upmarket in Milan in Delhi.
