Oberoi Three Sixty

New Delhi

The brief

The Oberoi Group – the leading South East Asian hotel chain- remains a family owned business with a portfolio of luxury hotels in India, Egypt, Indonesia, Mauritius and Saudi Arabia. The Oberoi design-led strategy was at the core of the objective to create a number of exciting new upmarket restaurants in their key hotels in India: Three Sixty and Travertino in Delhi and Vetro and Tiffin in Mumbai. The new strategy for their F&B outlets had to make of these fashionable destinations, bustling places for their international guests as well as for the local market. Hotel restaurants contribute not only to the perception of the brand and the hotel, but are genuine revenue generators in their own right.

Our approach

Named after the panoramic 360-degree views the restaurant offers guests a choice of different world cuisines under one roof. The theatre of cooking is at the heart of the concept animating the generous space and creating a changing attraction through the day.

Three Sixty has attracted continuous attention for its design featuring in magazines such as Architectural Digest, Blueprint and Wallpaper among others. It has also been awarded the ‘Best All day dining Restaurant' for five consecutive years by the ‘Times Good Food Guide’, the result of a prominent survey being conducted within the city by daily newspaper ‘The Times of India’.
